I know that a solution to the md5 hashing error was discussed at one point, but my searching here doesn’t provide much….can anyone give insight on this error?

I think you simply need to make sure the SCEM bundle in the account has been updated. Our current version is 2021.2.0 (with 2021.2.1 sitting there pending).
