Can anyone tell me how a Live Chat is being integrated into SC?

Depends how the live chat expects to be implemented. If it says "copy and paste this code snippet into the &lt;head&gt; of your page" then I would do that via the website setup record

Are you sure this method still works Steve? I've tested and could never get anything set up there to work? My personal view is that, if you're doing this sort of thing, getting Google Tag Manager set up is by far the best option. Once it's running, you could set up a service like this in seconds (we're testing <http://tawk.to|tawk.to> which seems quite a good option)

I am not sure this method works; I've not integrated a live chat before. GTM also sounds good
