This site was built to compliment the existing NetSuite Professionals Slack Community by adding a means for members to easily find answers to common questions and to create a searchable database of those questions and answers.

We're having a bit of an issue with customers registering on our web site. (SCA). When they register, it creates a new lead. So for customers that are already set up in NetSuite, but are new to our website, we have a lead that is disconnected from the customer record. Does anyone have a solution to handle this? It won't let us merge the entities either. Thanks.

Have you tried changing the duplicate detection preferences?

you can also check the duplicate email management preferences, I am not sure if leads are included on the check or only customers, but I think it´s worth trying it
