having issues with the scdeployer role in PROD, can’t seem to deploy the backup

When adding the ‘Access Token Management’ permission to the SCDEPLOYER role
It says in the ‘Two-Factor Authentication Roles’ page that the role is Mandatory 2FA

anyone had the same issue?

If you're working on sca version earlier than 2020, then you have to add some patch to your dev tools.
