Is SCA 2021.2 bundle available for install ? If not, when is it expected ? Any help, much appreciated. Thanks

It's available. If you don't have it you can ask to have it provisioned, but I think when you get it may depend on your account's schedule (ie whether you are a leading or lagging customer)
