has anyone created a Item Fulfillment using the rest api "salesorder/{id}/!transform/itemfulfillment" with the "Default Items to Zero Received/Fulfilled" disabled?

Yes I have created a few years back.

I had it working until user disabled this setting and it broke my integration. Been trying everything but just get very non descriptive errors from NetSuite.
