In SCA, how do you find out the contact that placed the order? I was expecting it to be attached to the sales order, but it isn't. And the system notes show created by as the company, not the contact.

The email field on the sales order will have the contact email if placed by a customer’s contact.

I don't see any native email field on the transaction, even in the editor. Would you be willing to share the field ID?
Got it: The email field can't be selected as a field in the transaction form, but if you show the "To be emailed" field it will display the email next to it. Also the "Email" field on the transaction record can be selected in a saved search. The contact will only attach if that user's email is not the main email on the company record. If the email is used on both the company and the contact, the contact still won't be added.
