Hi everyone What could be the reason for some shipping methods not appearing as options in the checkout? For some customers UPS ground does not appear as an option and it's set to be the Default Website Shipping method

Not showing up at all, or not showing up for some customers? Shipping methods are served based on the items in the cart but also the geography of the customer's ship to address. For example, if the customer has a 2 x 3ft box in there cart, lettermail will not be a shipping option. If the customer is in Hawaii and your inventory location is on the continental US, ground will not be an option.
