I had created a saved search in my .ss file and got data successfully on my SSP application deployed on SANDBOX , Now I am trying to move my application on production but surprisingly same request returns an Error :INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION, I wonder how it was working perfectly on SANDBOX with same Standard Customer Center Role

Sure you haven't set permissions on the .ss file in sandbox?

Make sure the .SS file in the file cabinet is marked as Available Without Login = T

@Dominic B .ss File was working fine in SANDBOX with these permissions but not in production

Does your search look for a custom record and if so does the custom record have the same 'require permissions' settings in both environments?
