Logging in to SMT and the page just keep redirecting to the login page. Anyone encountered this before, any suggestion on how to fix this? Thank you

I’ve run into this before on occasion. Never found a way to stop the loop from occurring without closing the tab and clearing cookies. I’d often just try again in an incognito window which seems to allow me to get in.

Yeah, you can get conflicts if you have session data from another active NetSuite session. As suggested, an incognito window or a different browser is usually the fix.

Thanks, Steve and Mitch! I switched to a different browser and works! Still had the issue with Chrome even on incognito, must be my stored data or cookies, but don't want to reset at this time. Thanks again for your advise.
