Hello, is there any way I can setup a domain without www to point to a SuiteCommerce site? The customer want to use both domains without a redirect.

Yes, the common way to do it is to create on the DNS record an A record to the IP of the CNAME (ping yoursite.com.hosting.netsuite.com), but due some recently changes this option may not work because the NS data centers can change their IP without any advice, so to solve this you should use what is call CNAME Flattering, but not all domain providers support this feature, GoDaddy for example doesn't support this feature, so you need to move your DNS Records to another provider, you can use Cloudflare which is free and support CNAME Flattering, then with that and a page rule you can redirect all the traffic to the non-www site.
