We’re seeing 403 response codes sporadically being returned on our SCA site. These responses don’t consistently happen for any single resource, but are causing our users to see errors like
```Access Denied
You don't have permission to access ...```
when accessing pages. Is anyone else seeing a similar behavior?

Ahh good find, thanks for sharing that. We’ve created a case so hopefully NetSuite will have something for us soon.

<@UBW5W9DB2> - Do you remember what your resolution was for this issue? Was it something on NetSuite’s end, or did you have to change anything?

<@UUY8DD56J> at the time we wanted to  disable all extensions to check if the error was related to that but the client didin’t want to do that. So the client continue the issue by submitting a NS case support. But I’m not sure if they applied a fix directly to their account or not; or if it was something specific to a extension or a server issue.
I’d suggest, while you wait for NS support, trying to disable all extensions one by one, and see if the error persists.

And if you can confirm it’s related to an extension, then I’d review if the versions of those extensions are compatible with the actual Theme.
