does anyone know how long image caching lasts, images are still not getting updating in my account after 6 hours

did you clear the cache in the backend?

I did but nothing

@texmc I’ve never been able to figure out how long the image caching lasts, but it’s a looooong time. You can edit the file in the File Cabinet and check “Generate Timestamp URL” which will help, but that might not work in your specific scenario
