Hello All, we'd like to offer specific shipping method for specific customers (based in the same country). I cannot do it using a specific region or postcode as it will depend on the customers annual purchase (B2B customers). Natively, SCA doesn't seem to be doing this. Am I wrong?

You are correct, this is not natively supported.
