Hi, I have released a new version of a bundle. From the test can I can see a new bundle update is available. But when I try to update that it gives me the below error "The solution provider manages upgrades to this SuiteBundle, so you may not update it directly. When an upgrade is available, the solution provider will install the new version in your NetSuite account." What is the reason of this?

Generally this means that the update has not been provisioned to your account. For example, because the bundle owner has not performed the update on your account yet. If it's a NetSuite bundle, you'll need to make a bundle provisioning request.

@Steve Goldberg Thanks for your reply. After releasing the new version, I have tried to push the bundle to linked accounts but when I select the push option no accounts are showing where I can push the bundle from the deployment account

Do you have admin access to the accounts you are pushing to?

Are they production or development accounts and not sandbox accounts?

Some are test and others are production accounts, but none of them are showing up in the list

And is the account you're pushing from a production or developer account?

I am pushing from deployment account

OK, I don't know what a deployment account is

deployment means that is production account we use for deployment puposes

OK, well I don't know what else to say. My guess is that you should raise a case and have someone in the support team look at it

The Push action is only available in production accounts and development accounts and bundles can only be pushed to production accounts and development accounts. Make sure you are not on a Sandbox account. If you are sure you have Administrator access on other accounts and those are not showing up you should create a support case.
