I am working on suite-promotions and facing an issue I am trying to add promotions for a specific group of customers. if I select a specific customer in the audience subtab and add a customer in the customer field it works fine, but when I select customer group , promotion doesn't apply after meeting the criteria

check the customer group preferences. This will appear for dynamic groups. This controls if the system uses Cached information or pulls real-time list of customers in the group to validate if the promotion is applicable to the customer. If using Static lists, guess is the customer isn't part of the dealer group.
