Any ideas why activations would start failing out of the blue….they worked fine 2 weeks ago.
m
is this happening every time?
Maybe you deleted some configuration file from the manifest? or something related to a config file??
k
no change
m
what does that "THE_FI says?
k
i updated some extensions and activated them on the dev domain for testing the last two weeks. After approval, tried to activate the main domains and got errors. Even dev domain will not activate
m
the suitescripterror name

m
could this be related to your role? or are you using the Administrator role
k
I am admin
honestly nothing changed….i do notice a suitecommerce update 4/6/21 and an extension management 4/5/21
m
only thing I could think is if the Extension Management was updated and the code was deployed with another dev tool version... Im not sure, maybe Gustavo figures it out.
k
no recent deploys
seems bad if we have to redeploy with updated tools every single time scs updates
just did that a couple weeks ago
m
seems, but it could happen... After the TBA update weird things are happening
k
could it be related to other backend scripts running
m
usually if another Map/Reduce is running at the same time you'll have problems, but not always in the Configuration section
k
this seems account specific so I’ll try again later
ConfigurationCompilerMapReduce.js:272 has the error…. this is line 272 ssp2DefaultValuesFile.save();
@Flo Meilan any idea how to troubleshoot this error?
f
Hi. I am not familiar with this error. Do you have a case number so i can look into lore details?
k
I will get a case open and share.
@Flo Meilan case #4185308
