Seemingly stupid question, but we're currently moving from 3rd party Sitebuilder sites with a ton of customization to SCA and trying to remove a mess of event scripting. We process CC payment via Cybersource and have "Process an online payment with Sales Order creation" set to T. Is the normal outcome of this to end up with cash sales created automatically, but the order state to be "Pending fulfilment"? So we'll need to script/workflow approval to get new orders automatically transitioned to "Pending fulfilment". Assuming that's the case, any common pitfalls to watch out for?
