I was able to fix it by performing 2 steps: • Change the port in the file ExtensionDevTools/gulp/config/config.json (after that remove the LocalDistribution Folder) • apply the following patch: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/84278/kw/extension%20local%20not%20working
