Hello everyone, has anyone used Versapay? I encountered a problem after updating Versapay, and the order status has been on hold. Does anyone know why?

We use Versapay. I'm not quite sure what you mean put on hold. Typically for us that means the card was declined/entered incorrectly. How long have you been using Versapay for without any issues?

We’ve been using Versapay without any issues before, but recently we ran into a problem — we can’t add new credit cards anymore.We reached out to Versapay support, and they said an update was needed. After doing the update, we started seeing a new message: “A payment hold has been placed on this Sales Order.”
