A new version of the extension manager has been released that resolves an error some people were getting during activation: "Impact Changes Error: "Hash.update: Missing a required argument..""

Is this just a bundle update for backend functionality or do we need to update our local tools as well?

Not tested it myself as I haven't experienced the bug, but looking at the ticket it looks like you shouldn't need to update the tools
