Has anyone been getting timeout errors while activating theme/extensions? ("Job execution time exceeded.")
We have been getting these errors since Friday.

Ours have been OK (EU, sandbox). Have you seen seen Suiteanswer 97801?

Our DNS seems to be configured correctly, since we can reach the webstore via the browser.

Have you got APM installed? May be worth looking at Suitecloud Processors Monitor if so, as I guess it could be a processor allocation issue with the back end processes. We've not had any issues, but have 2 x Suitecloud+ licenses, so plenty of processors.
