Some logged in customers in MY ACCOUNT get an error 'Please check if fieldset is created' - where can I see logs to look for this error and try to resolve?
e
setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced | Site Builder > SSP Applications > Look for the one associated to your domain. Your error seems to be the field set are not set on the setup website

Thanks, the Execution Log only shows errors from today. I need to go back a few weeks...is this possible - there is no date filter
Current error show this but may be unrelated: "`{\"userEvent\":null,\"internalId\":null,\"code\":\"ERR_WS_UNEXPECTED\",\"details\":\"Unexpected Error\",\"stackTrace\":{\"[Ljava.lang.String;\":[\"<anonymous>(ssp_libraries.js:7514)\",\"wrapFunctionWithEvents(ssp_libraries.js:5979)\",\"<anonymous>(ssp_libraries.js:1200)\",\"<anonymous>(ssp_libraries.js:1231)\",\"<anonymous>(ssp_libraries_ext.js:149)\"]},\"type\":\"nlobjError\",\"suppressNotification\":false}"`

Did you have a sitebuilder website before a SuiteCommerce website? The customers that have encountered an error, do they have a different role assigned?
e
@andrewm go to customization > SuiteScript > Execution logs . There are filters by dates and scripts/deployments. There must be one associated to your SSP
a
@Christopher Dembek Just SCA. Migrated from Elbrus to 2019.1.6 - same roles
@eminero Thank you - I can still only see the same errors as posted above.
