One of the last steps in the Enable Token-Based Authentication (Montblanc, Vinson, Elbrus, and Kilimanjaro) instructions is to Update Theme and Extension Developer Tools. I was under the impression that those were unnecessary for Kilimanjaro and earlier. Is that not correct?
