Support is saying they made an improvement that will fix the deliverability of hotmail / msn / live / outlook recipients on my account. Using test accounts, though, I'm seeing the messages are going right to the Junk Email folder, and this new email domain shows, that I'm not familiar with -- besides someone here mentioning it in another thread. I've asked if I should be revising my SPF text record to include this mail domain, and I'm waiting to hear back. But this seems like a pretty large change for NetSuite / Oracle to make without a heads up. Changing their outbound email server domain?? The domain is phx1.rp.oracleemaildelivery.com
