That's always the way. Now you get to field a phone call where they want you to demonstrate the slowdown from an hour ago that no longer exists. Yaaaaaaay!

I complained to NS Support and my Account Manager about the lack of transparency and communication on this incident. On May 20th we had a very similar incident that was longer, had as offline for a couple hours, and never showed on the status page. I'm pushing this up the management chain as best I can. My expectations are realistic though..... lol
