On the customer center, when the customer is logged in, does anyone know how to customize or disable the ability to email a sales order?

I think on the sales order form under actions you can remove that

@MGBC Thank you, the workflow was the way to go. I forgot about filtering by user role. Changing actions on the form is a global change from the looks of it.
