I got this error while creating a contact using this data. anyone had this problem before? plz suggest a solution if you had?

You will need to look at line 112 in ssp_libraries_ext.js and see which module is not being called correctly, and fix it.

ya.. I already do this.. but the same error exist after that. I tried lot to find which module is undefined. But i can't find.
