Hey All !! Getting this Error on activating customize theme !! please let me know if anyone has any idea about it?

Check the tmp files generated. If there is any that is 0KB then the activation won´t work.

Could you please tell me the path where tmp file exists?  and how I can get rid of this situation?

On the SuiteScripts folder in the File Cabiner, check the for the deployed folder of your Theme. In there look in all the folders for .tmp files that are 0kb.

Then check the manifest and delete the references for those files from there too
