Thanks @Steve Goldberg this is likely to be a huge help for us. Just one thing I noticed - in Part 1 "Test on a Local Server" you're showing URLs with the account code in. We've found you need to omit this. I think you used to have to include it in SSP URLs, but this has now changed?

I can add a note about that. Honestly, I don't have to do it on my site either but I don't know about other people so I just followed the lead of our docs
