Hi SCA community. Does anyone happen to know how long this policy has been in place for customer logins: “*Your account is disabled for 30 more minutes due to 6 consecutive failed login attempts.”*

Im assuming this is standard NS behaviour, how long has SCA had this rule on site logins? Is it configurable?

I think it was around 2018.2 - 19.1. It's not configurable as far as I'm aware, as it seems to be a common setting across customer and UI login behaviour.

Honestly, I was not consciously aware that we had that feature so I don't really have a response. If you want it to be configurable, I would raise a case asking to add it is an enhancement request. I would include what aspects of it you want configurable
