have you pointed endpoints to SCA 2020.2 I recently had an issue with Items not displaying, we had already upgraded to SCA 2020.2 but never switched endpoints and that fixed the issue

Thanks for the reply, @JC. I have two separate website domains setup within a demo account. Both domains use the same website record. but one domain's touchpoints are pointing to the 2020.1 SCA app and the other is pointing to the 2020.2 SCA app. I use this setup to identify differences in the behavior of extensions between SC/SCA versions.
