Hi All, can anyone know how to setup staging domain in production account?

i've created dev-marcom.production.netsuitestaging.com domain in prduction account but it is not working. any idea why it is not working?

did you set a configuration for it?

Should be the same as setting up Production Domain, but point your folder to the Staging Folder, instead of the Live Hosting Folder. Also, seems like your primary domain(netsuitestaging) is something that NetSuite PS uses, you might to consider using a domain that you can configure the DNS yourself.

i've created marcomsb.production.netsuitestaging.com in sandbox account and it is working fine but i've created a domain in same way in production account but it is not working

@narayana_57 what you actually want to achieve but setting a staging domain on production?

we want to test whole website in production account for that we've created the domain. now that domain is not working. are we missing something here?

May I know what error you are getting

Please notice production.netsuitestaging.com is not a public domain, this domain is private to Oracle NetSuite use
