Have you deployed the SS2 SSP on the domain?

<@UQF2YDDL0> I deployed the SS2 used the "deploy to site" instead of "deploy to domain"

<@UQF2YDDL0> apparently there is a mandatory field thats blocking the submit

Which field you're referring to as mandatory?

It is a custom field which was set to mandatory on the case form backend
