When switching to Suitecommerce Advanced, does "SuiteCommerce My Account Site Count" need to have a positive value in company billing information?

No, that's a separate module.

Thanks. Thought that was probably the case but just wanted to be sure our account was provisioned correctly before a sandbox refresh for SCA testing.
