Got a client running 2020.2 and they are wanting to push Zendesk into the site. Where is best practice to place <head> additions? I've seen the enhanced page area inside NetSuite and the SMT, however will this cover all pages in the site? Cheers š

If you are referring ring to Zendesk Chat, take a look at the Google Tag Manager Editor Suitecommerce Extension.

There are couple of ways:
⢠Add via Google Tag Manager (recommended)
⢠Under Web Site setup Analytics tab
⢠Add via SMT on All pages context

I think this is one of the features which most developers are wishing for. Like an addition to head feature of Site Builder. More like 3rd party scripts friendly. š
