Is it possible to remove the automatic shipping methods filtering from SCA 2020.1?

By that you mean reloading of delivery methods upon address toggle?

No I mean to get all the Delivery methods, That for some reason get filtered, in spite of the address.

Just set up the Shipping Item without any rules and it will show with any address selected / entered during the checkout flow.
