is there any way i can log in as a customer on my site having access to the erp?

I am not aware of a way of doing this with a web store. It's possible with the ERP but AFAIK it's not implemented in web stores. I think you will need to manually change their password, log in, do your testing, and then let them trigger a password reset when you're done.
