Try the steps below: 1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types. 2. Search for SC ExtMech Activation, then click on its Lists link. 3. On the list of activations, find the record for the domain with ERROR activation state. 4. Click Edit on the records. 5. Hover over the Actions dropdown and click on Delete. (If there are dependencies for this record, Edit the dependent records and delete that as well) 6. After doing so, you should now be able to view the Extension Management page again.
