Have you added commerce categories via features and added commerce categories to sort list in web setup?

this is for a site that was working fine then was upgrading - nothing was changed

Hey, I was on vacation. Just saw this. I don´t know why it´s happening but I know a couple of customers that solved it rebuilding the Search Index and performeing a cache invalidation request.
