Anybody ever seen this while trying to activate an extension?

Try cleaning record(s) from

SC ExtMech Activation

and

SC ExtMech Extensions Active

custom records and perform activation again.

@Mohammad Sharaf Ali Not entirely sure what you mean there. I checked those records and I don’t see anything weird. It’s showing all the extensions I have activated correctly…
