Has anyone else had their (or a client's) SCA domain touch points randomly removed without any user input? This has been an issue that has popped up occasionally for our client's in the past, but it appears to be happening with increasing frequency (or maybe we just have more clients). Even though it is easy to fix, it's frankly embarrassing when this happens as they often ask 'What went wrong', because you can hardly say 'Oh, NetSuite decided to take your website offline for no reason'. I've just logged a second case with NetSuite about this, but I'm curious to hear others experience with this. How has NetSuite Support responded in the past? Any known work arounds or fixes for this issue?

Yes. I’ve had that and there was a reason. Like it doesn’t like the urls I typed in for some reason. I can’t remember off the top of my head what it was. Check the urls are as expected. Edit save and refresh. To see if they are still there.

Thanks for your experience Gordon. I don't think it was URL related, as this domain has been live for ~3 years (though I do think it has happened in the past for this domain). NetSuite seem to think it might be related to bundle updates.

Ive seen this happen - usually after a backend update

Try to deploy ssp to domain(s) again.

@kkennedydesign yeah that seems to be what Support thinks it is. It seems odd that NetSuite hasn't worked out to resolve it. Cheers @Mohammad Sharaf Ali I know the fix, just unsure as to why it happens so often.

@Harley because its NetSuite so unexpected is always obvious 🙂

@Harley Had this happen on a few of our SCA clients locally and overseas. Only common factor I saw was when logging in, saw a message similar to this across the accounts: The Oracle Database Update maintenance scheduled for 9 November 2020 at ********** on your NetSuite Production account ****** has been successfully completed. Thank you, The NetSuite Team

Thanks for the feedback @Applejack Group - I haven't seen this before, but I typically share access to these accounts with others from my company, so it's possible others have seen this, but not noticed the correlation as they don't focus on SCA.
