Has anyone else had their (or a client's) SCA domain touch points randomly removed without any user input?
This has been an issue that has popped up occasionally for our client's in the past, but it appears to be happening with increasing frequency (or maybe we just have more clients). Even though it is easy to fix, it's frankly embarrassing when this happens as they often ask 'What went wrong', because you can hardly say 'Oh, NetSuite decided to take your website offline for no reason'. I've just logged a second case with NetSuite about this, but I'm curious to hear others experience with this. How has NetSuite Support responded in the past? Any known work arounds or fixes for this issue?
