Hy All! is there any possibility to increase the limit(100) to (300/400) of location records with Multilocation enabled.

The limit applies strictly, but it is to active locations. Thus you can have more than 100 if those above the limit are disabled. Alternatively, I believe you can use the Advanced Item Location Configuration, but I am not familiar with the feature https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12379
