Hi all, Can SuitePromotions be configured to work based on a particular price level ? We would only want a dicsount on items for customers with an RRP price level

Hey @Stefan Antony, you can restrict a SuitePromotion to a customer group, and you are able to create customer groups based on saved searches. So if you setup a saved search for your RRP customers, then set that up as a dynamic customer group, you should then be able to select that customer group in the 'Audience' tab on the promotion, once you set it to 'Specific Customers'.
