When manually enabling customers for SCA through NetSuite, there is an option to 'Send Notification Email' - this email seems to be setup for a NetSuite only Customer Center access, so all the links take a user to NetSuite to login and to reset their password. Is there some form of SCA version of this email so that the links take them to SCA and so that there is a temporary password reset link for SCA also?
It seems like there should be some way to configure or customise the template to send notifications for enabling SCA access, but from all my research and investigation it seems to only ever want to send users to NetSuite. Anyone managed to work this out or have another method by which they manually enable and notify their customers?
