Hey all, we have email templates set up in netsuite to auto send to our clients. Our clients can then respond and provide the information we are requesting. This works about 80% of the time. But what we're starting to see when our clients respond to those emails is Mail-System Delivery errors saying that the clients can reply to
system@sent-via.netsuite.com. What I can't understand is that we have or company email in place of the netsuite email. So why is it not grabbing our email and trying to send to netsuite system email? How do I correct this?
