Our DMARC reports show that our NS emails stopped being sent by sparkpostmail.com on or around June 20th (when the issue started) and started sending from oracleemaildelivery.com. The compliance verified column change from Yes to No on 06/20 for all outboard emails. From NS support in response: "The "Compliance Verified" field is now considered obsolete. A "No" status does not necessarily mean that your emails will be undelivered—it simply indicates that one of the three email compliance checks was not met (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Since this field is no longer relevant, we recommend disregarding it for now. We are also working on having it removed to prevent further confusion."
