Is this a custom extension that you created?

Actually I did not create any new extension (there were a bunch before working fine) but I noticed that someone deployed a new theme, so I am not sure what happens

Please make sure you're running the latest SCEM version and that all of the extensions/themes have target versions set to be equal or higher than the site you're trying to activate them on

Thanks @Steve Goldberg all is pointing me out that you are correct, for now I have just prepared another old SSP that was running SCA 2019.2.1 since I am able to activate on it but yes the versions seem to be the issue.
