@wes_w Yes! I've checked everything and can't figure it out. The fieldsets are updated, the facets are there, there is pricing, items display in website, belong to the site's subsidiary, everything. It's so weird, I've never had this problem before.

Did you add the matrix options to Customization > List, records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options and set the Sourcing & Filtering?

@wes_w I did. I figured it out. The subsidiary to which the items are assigned is set on Set Up Website, but it's not set as default. Once I set it as default, the items came up. Thanks for your assistance!
