I have a question regarding quantity pricing and how it is displayed on the PDP.

This information is collapsed by default and available at the shopper's request by clicking or tapping on a link.

How can I make the behavior the opposite of this? I think that we are losing sales on items because the PLP shows the price at the highest level. Also, that brings up another thing - I'd like to put a Item Badge on items that have quantity discounts to show that there are better prices than what the PLP shows. Is there a way to search for items that have quantity discounts to create a mass update to add this badge?
